OUR NEW HOME

After MONTHS of misery, we have finally completed our home and have settled in for the most part. As you can see, we still have paper on the windows, and NO shutters, but we are a long ways from where we were. We worked for nearly 1 year to build our home, and then another 5 months fighting to get our mortgage with the changes in the economy. It has been a very hard past few months, and we still can't believe it is over. We love our new home, and are so proud of it. We planned our home form the very beginning, and did most of the work ourselves... so we are of course very proud. As with any "do it yourself" project goes, we still have a few loose ends, but are slowly working on getting those things done.
